Important Notice for Students & Parents Any student willing to take MBBS admission in Nepal for the 2025 session must fill the Medical Education Commission, Nepal (MECEE-BL) Online Application Form.

1. Is it compulsory for all students to fill this form? Yes. Every student who wishes to take MBBS admission in Nepal (2025 session) must fill this application form without fail, following all instructions published in the official notice.
2. Do students need to write the MECEE-BL exam?
⢠No. Students who are NEET 2025 qualified with minimum 144 marks or above are eligible for direct admission in any private medical college of Nepal under Sub-Category 2.
⢠Yes (Recommended). Students who wish to take admission in Government medical colleges of Nepal must appear for the MECEE-BL exam (Sub-Category 1).
⢠Note: Even for NEET-qualified students not appearing in MECEE-BL, filling the online application form is compulsory within the given deadline.
3. What are the application start & last dates? For Students appearing in MECEE-BL Exam (Sub-Category 1):
⢠Application Starts: 18th August 2025
⢠Last Date (Single Fee ā INR 5,000): 7th September 2025
⢠Last Date (Double Fee ā INR 10,000): 14th September 2025 For Students applying through NEET (Sub-Category 2):
⢠Application Starts: 18th August 2025
⢠Last Date ( INR 5,000): 12th October 2025
⢠Note: No exam required, but form filling is mandatory.
4. Can students fill the application form themselves from India? Yes. Students can fill the application form on their own and pay the fee (INR 5,000) directly from Indian bank accounts.
However, it is strongly advised to apply through an authorized and reputed agency/consultant, because:
⢠Experienced consultants ensure error-free submission and provide the confirmation page.
⢠In many cases, when students transfer money or deposit fees to a Nepal bank, the amount does not reflect immediately, OTP is not generated, and the student ends up paying twice.
⢠To avoid such issues, it is safer to apply through professionals.
