Arihant Institute of Business Management (AIBM) is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University & Recognized by Govt. of Maharashtra, Institute Code 6626. RIIM Pune & Arihant are co-located & have a beautiful campus in Bavdhan area of Pune city. Both provide an array of post graduate programs with best facilities supported by modern technology, best infrastructure and outstanding faculty. As per knowledge commission of India headed by famous Prof. Yashpal only 23% of engineering graduates and 12% graduates are job employable. The important question is what happens to the careers of unemployable students. It is bound to create an upheaval with social, economical and political implications. In the present educational scenario there is a big industry-academia gap in terms of talent development and employability of students. Industry is crying hoarse in every forum and something needed to be done on priority.
