Soil of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) Institute of Management was established in 2008 when top directors of several pots and spiritual thinkers got together to address the most catchy challenge of changing the reality of our current times, for a better hereafter. SOIL wasco-created by 32 leading companies and supported by 25 NGOs with the dream to make Leaders with character, capability and enthusiasm. We believe that businesses, by course of their routine operations can generate social good, ecological balance, holistic development and healthy foreign relations if they choose to act in inspired ways. Our literacy methodology can inculcate inspired thinking and accordingly inspired behavior in the business leaders of the future who’ll contribute to the threefold low line of social welfare, ecological sustainability, and shareholder.
SOIL Institute of Management has placed around,100 number of scholars at further than 400 number of companies in last academic period. further than 50 scholars shifted industriousness sectors and around 09 of SOIL Alumni are working in abroad countries. SOIL has seen 126 increase in pre MBA stipend for PGPM Batch 2019- 20 and over 98 of SOIL scholars admitted a job offer after 90 days of ordering. 300 companies employed at SOIL during once time. It has 40 famed full time and visiting faculty and 30 NGO spouses.
